MuniBilling recently transitioned to a new payment processing bank for credit card and ACH transactions. This was done to provide more reliable banking services.
For security purposes credit card information cannot be transferred to the new processor. Customers using the auto-pay feature will need to reset payment information into the MuniBilling system. This needs to be done by January 31st, to take effect by the February bill due date.
Please log on to the customer portal at https://tcw.secure.munibilling.com to make the necessary changes.
